About HRSA

MISSION STATEMENT
Highlands Ranch Soccer Association (HRSA) will provide a valuable soccer experience to children and their family through the HaTTrix Soccer program.

VISION STATEMENT
To provide an affordable and quality program for all youth to play recreational soccer in Highlands Ranch and surrounding communities.

STRATEGY STATEMENT
1. Teach and to promote the game of soccer.
2. Provide FUN soccer.
3. Provide a good soccer value to families.

BACKGROUND
HRSA was organized to provide a recreational environment for children to learn and play soccer, the world's most popular sport. HRSA is an affiliate of SAY USA, a non-profit youth soccer organization founded in 1967. SAY USA has over 115,000 players, 20,000 coaches, and 1,900 volunteer administrators located in 24 states across the United States. The affiliation with the SAY allows HRSA teams to participate in all the SAY programs. Affiliation also provides liability insurance and injury insurance coverage for all players, coaches, and volunteers.  Through SAY, HRSA is also affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).  As the governing body of soccer in all its forms in the United States, USSF has helped chart the course for the sport in the USA for 88 years. In that time, the Federation's mission statement has been very simple and very clear: to make soccer, in all its forms, a preeminent sport in the United States and to continue the development of soccer at all recreational and competitive levels.

The overall objective of our program is maximum participation, which means every child will play at least half of every match. Having fun while developing skills is important. HRSA is a great example of a "grass roots" effort to provide an affordable youth soccer program in Highlands Ranch. We believe it is important to make the costs of participation reasonable while not sacrificing any quality: Which is why we started HRSA -- your "family-friendly" local youth soccer organization.

We are a non-profit corporation organized by and managed by volunteers. As such, HRSA is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors may deduct contributions to HRSA as provided in Section 170(c) of the Code.
